Not pretty by any stretch of the imagination but a very difficult hole to fill in the Washington Quarter Collection. First year mintage for this issue was very small in Denver and San Francisco. 408,000 S coins were minted in 90% silver and are very scarce today.
An affordable addition to that hard to fill hole.
