SBA $1 struck 1979 in Philadelphia 20% off center. The Susan B Anthony didn't last long and the public never accepted it as a spendable currency, more of something to put away as an unusual or collectible US mint oddity. It replaced the Eisenhower $1 and was minted from 1979-1981 and again in 1999. It honored women's suffrage leader, Susan B. Anthony. The coin marks the first time the portrait of an actual woman other than the Lady Liberty was placed on  US coin.

Struck off center 20%, graded MS63 and encapsulated by NGC
